The staff was just as helpful as we hoped. Our double room was equipped with multi-channel TV, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea making facilities, which made us happy. - the breakfast had a variety of delicious options and was enjoyable.

Very comfortable experience there. Fairly clean hotel in a good location, comfortable bed. Amiable staff with a smile. Large rooms with feather pillows. Plenty of options for breakfast in the restaurant.

Location: This place is situated right next to the Himalayan Rail station on one side and the Mall road on the other. It's super convenient as you can easily explore the market and the center from here. Not to mention, they offer delicious continental breakfasts to kickstart your day! 🍳

The rooms at Jai Hotels are a nice size and huge. the hotel serves a continental breakfast. - the location is central, adjacent to the Himalayan Rail station, trams of cleanliness, and the Mall road. - Orchid Restaurant, located next to the property, is a great option for lunch or dinner.

The location was convenient, just minutes away from the railway station and major attractions. The staff were friendly and courteous, providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The complimentary breakfast and food at the restaurant were delicious. it was a wonderful experience with real value for money.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice designs and cozy beds. Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The room heaters and hot water bottles are a great addition during the colder months.
The furniture in the room could be arranged in a more practical way to allow for more space.
